Montco's Institutional Effectiveness (IE) team provides information, processes, consultation, data analyses, and reporting. Our work upholds and strengthens the College's evidence-based decision making, planning, and implementation. We self-evaluate to measure outcomes and achievement related to the College’s mission.
Institutional Effectiveness supports:

- Operational and strategic planning
- Grant acquisition and management
- Regional and specialized accreditation
Our team seeks to:
- Meet the needs of stakeholders and advocate for resources
- Uphold the College’s mission and goals and align activities with the vision and values
- Partner with Information Technology to access and use data
- Champion accountability for demonstrating achievement of educational and operational outcomes
- Promote a cycle of continuous improvement
